AL MINER/CHANNEL: This is August 5, 2016.

We come to You this evening, Lord God, our hearts overflowing with the joy of expectation to be with You again in this way. I’ve had several experiences, Father, which You are completely aware of, I’m sure. And so any information that can be given regarding these beloved brothers who have crossed over, and anything else that can be given in regard to the incredible energies, remarkable changes that are now beginning to manifest fully in and about the world, the Earth, and other realms to be sure. But, as always, Father, we turn this over to You, asking that You give to us that which You know to be the very highest and best. Our love for You, Father, is without ending, and the same is true for our brothers and sisters who serve from realms beyond. Thank you so much, Lama Sing, Zachary and Sarah, Jacob and Eloise, our guides who are so patient with us. And thank you to the guides and teachers to all the rest of our group, too many to recount here. I surrender myself to You, Father, joyfully so. Amen.

LAMA SING: Yes, we have the Channel and his mate, and we are one. As we commence with these works, let us join together in this affirmation of our oneness with our Lord God:

It is ever at the forefront of our consciousness, O Lord, that we are Your Children. Knowing this in this manner brings forth all the potential that is present as being Your Child. So then, as we begin these works in Your Name, we celebrate all those who have crossed over from the Earth realm, and those who have journeyed from other realms and Consciousness itself. May there ever be the gladness of sharing the wonder of discovery, the hopefulness of that which is yet to come, and most of all, Lord God, the Knowing that we are Yours.

A group of souls, who have journeyed in the Earth of recent times have gathered to be a part of this opening blessing, which is, in the present moment, being prepared to be given. Among this group there was the question presented by the Master, “Who among you will step forward to offer this blessing?” And of course, as might be anticipated, all in the group came forward, offering to give the blessing.

The Master turned with a smile to the one brother who spoke not, our Channel, and asked him, “Would you so honor us by offering a blessing to this work and to all of Consciousness in God’s name?”

The Channel steps forward with a smile and a nod of great joy to his brothers and sister who have recently crossed into the lands of Consciousness.

THE CHANNEL: I wish to celebrate each of you in a way that would truly make a statement that would honor the accomplishments that you have given to the world, but there are no words that can come from within me that could embrace everything that I feel about each of you. So I shall follow in the pattern of our Brother Jesus and give this blessing in Spirit, for which I thank you.

[pause for the silent prayer]

THE CHANNEL: Thank You, Jesus, for this profound opportunity, and may the thoughts of my soul remain forever to embrace and to bring joy to all who will follow. And I thank you.ⁱ

I turn now to my brother, Zachary, who has agreed to moderate somewhat, the vast information that is available to be given to those of us who yet have formed in the realm called Earth. I will remain here, at your sides, brothers and sisters, all throughout. Thank you.

ZACHARY: In recent days my brother, the Channel, has experienced an encounter with brethren who recently departed the Earth realm, namely the one called James, the one called Victor, Jesus Himself, and my brother, the Channel, were all gathered in a small group. There was discussion among the group as to how to proceed using the valuable time that remains and the opportunity that is present through this, our brother, to convey to those of you in the Earth who are seeking the wonder of this opportunity.

There are many, as you might imagine, footnotes here, and subtle segues, if you might consider them such, for each of these brethren, Victor and James, just referring to those of the four who were present in the meeting. Also present was Maria, Sarah, Eloise, Maryⁱⁱ and the many, many others who have already spoken to you in varying ways.

But what can be given to you that has greater meaning than to say to you, “The flow of Consciousness coming into all that is, is from God. It is the uniqueness of your spirit receiving His love. It is the brilliance of that same uniqueness that is being called to the forefront to shine.”

There is no one who will be left behindⁱⁱⁱ. There are those who will choose and will take journeys that lead them elsewhere, but only by their choice.

A moment, please…

There is some difficulty in communicating through our brother in the present.

Very well. Rather than to strain the physical body of our brother, the Channel, we are going to conclude. We will resume when conditions are more appropriate.

Our love is always with you, as is that of our brethren here.

AL MINER/CHANNEL: This is August 5, 2016.

We come to You this evening, Lord God, seeking information.

[Here, Al immediately switched from “seeking” to “claiming”. He began the prayer again, having claimed his Authority. On the audio it perhaps all sounds like the same prayer, but being at his side I could hear what he was doing and knew the implications for what would come.]

I come to You as Your son, Father, claiming my right to ask and seek, and to be given information in accordance with Your Law. And so, as we begin, Father, we give thanks to You, and profess our profound, unending love for You and for all our brothers and sisters who serve in any way in Your name. We thank those who will come forward to respond, and I give my love to all of our brothers and sisters who are a part of this work on this side of the veil in the Earth, and this side of the veil in the beyond. We love you. We love You, Father. Amen.

[long pause]

[Note: As I edited this transcript I asked Al if he recalled why he gave this, which amounted to the third prayer from the Earth, not to mention the blessing he gave at the invitation of the Master on the nonfinite side. He was surprised, not remembering that he did so. Again from my perspective in the midst of the energy during the reading was that, halfway out, he realized he had not stated his request, with specifics, with authority. So he paused in his movement to be very clear. A subtle, immediate shift can be heard on the audio for those familiar with Al. … (Thank you for indulging me as I offer my perspectives. –Susan)]

AL MINER/CHANNEL: We claim our oneness with You, Lord God, and offer this prayer:

We seek to be to the fullest of our capacity, Your children. We ask that You guide us in this work, that we might better know how we can attain the fullness of our capacity as Your children. Some of our brethren, as You know, Father, have recently crossed over. Some, I suspect, are in the process of preparing. But most of all, what’s important here, Father, is that we remove the barriers of limitation, whatsoever they might be. As Your children, we accept that – that we are unlimited – and we honor the Laws, the rules, the Universal Law, wherever we are. At the same time, we accept our rights under those laws, and that is how we begin this work this evening. And so, Father, we pause as we await Jesus, James, Victor, Marcy, Maria, and any others who will be coming to be a part of this work. Thank You, Father.

LAMA SING/ZACHARY: I am called, Zachary, and I am a guide, a counsel, and a brother to this, our Channel. He has asked me to moderate somewhat, but where appropriate, as it will be evident, I shall step aside.

The first commentary that comes to the forefront … And I might point out that these are, for the most part, coming from the collective consciousness of your group and from, at the forefront, the Channel, my brother.

[Pardon here, another perspective/note from me, Susan: I have always found the nuances fascinating in listening to the audios, one of which is to hear from time to time what sounds to me as though an individual expression comes forward from the Lama Sing group and then recedes into the group consciousness as the communication continues. In this audio, this dance seems quite a bit more obvious. I don’t know if it will be clear in the transcript (the uniquenesses/personalities of the participants). For me, it’s akin to listening to a group conversation, the members all in agreement about a topic; one is talking as others agree or add comments in the background. In these readings, those background comments, while included, are not attributed to another other than the one “speaking”. In this case, Zachary is “translating” for these others, this being a first-of-its-kind reading: meeting up with friends who had crossed over – not just a single individual but a group – to allow them access to those in the nonfinite for actual discussion for an entire reading. It would seem logical that here his uniqueness would be intermingled.]

ZACHARY: It is interesting to those who are yet in the Earth realm that you, brother Victor, took a significant period of time to determine when you would depart from the Earth, while you, James, took much less time, perhaps days in comparison to years. We would like you both to consider your answers to this, and also Marcy, for yours was somewhat similar to James, and also Maria (though in Maria’s case, I might point out that she had been traversing the realms of Consciousness repeatedly, and joyfully so, because her twin, her twin sister, could reach across the veils of separateness to be a guiding light to her. Quite beautiful, you see).

I will translate for James, who greets you all with his typical good humor, and a sort of reticent look of reflection.

JAMES: I had known, as I told my brother, the Channel, for some several years that my time was near. We joked about this back and forth, but both of us knew at one level that this was true. We didn’t know at the time which of us would be the first to cross over, but as it were, I was given that opportunity, largely because of the array of choices I made and the choices I did not make. The choices I made were those, collectively, that summed my life in general; and those I did not make were choices, curiously, that my brother, the Channel did make, and those are to continue on in the way that he serves now as you hear this voice speaking. It is actually his physical voice, but my spirit passing through friend, Zachary, and he.

I realized that the greater service that I had to offer was to engage, on this side of the Veil, those who were having difficulty in determining who they are. That may seem strange to you now as I say that from over here, but there are a great number of souls who, in truth, do not know who they are. They don’t know who they are aligned with, and on and on. They are simply (in a loose terminology) lost.

In the first meeting wherein my brother and I met^iv, I was discussing with some of those lost souls, how straightforward it would be for them to choose to simply release the old thoughts and cross over. They were presenting me as would be typical, with a continual flow of reasons why not. At one point, the Channel and I looked at one another and we had a bit of a laughter of this, which was and still is a gift to both of us.

VICTOR: I am Victor speaking through the aid of brother, Zachary through the Channel. It might sound a bit complicated, but it’s not really.

There were many things that I was seeking to put in order from the Earth plane level. And from my sweet mate’s perspective, it seemed that those things that I was striving to put in order were, indeed, Earthly activities … matters of Earthly need and so forth. The actuality of it is that I was seeking to build the understanding, that I might convey this once I had crossed over to those who were teaching, guiding, counseling.

And so, on my departure from the Earth, I spent some considerable measure of time (as it is in the Earth) in the Median Point^v, assisting other of my brethren in helping those who were struggling with last issues, last fragments, of decision-making. (Zachary states, “We can go into these things in greater detail as they are… well, if you want them.”)

[Note: We feel this is important enough to discuss this. It isn’t surprising for those who paid attention to Victor before his departure that he would spend considerable time in the Median Point because this was a subject of great interest and excitement to him.

The Median Point (quotes below are Lama Sing’s from 1998 and 2016):

Among the manifold creations of the Children of God, some are defined expressions into which many Children of God have moved: “what you call three dimensional form, the lack of movement of the potentials of Father’s Word, in the general sense.” The expression of definition/boundaries is “no longer equal to the purity of Father’s Word in its original essence, which is eternal” so it is “placed into position (so to say) wherein it does not impinge upon the freewill choices of the other the Children of God who are not choosing that expression called finite.”

The Median Point is at the periphery between Pure Consciousness and the choice to create and experience definition/finiteness. –Al

“This peripheral finiteness could be looked upon as a realm (so to say). And from the center of the realm moving outwards towards Consciousness, the definitions diminish. The further one moves, the moreso are the choices of those Children in definition dimmed, diminished, weakened, until you reach a certain point where they are, likened unto an audio broadcast, inaudible.

“Every soul who has chosen to be a part of the Earth has the line of light that connects to their Spirit, which is not bound, not in the finite but is supporting it through the line of light of choice. Within the finite form in the Earth is the presence of that Spirit. At the opposite end of that long line of light is the pure expression of the Spirit. When the self in the Earth begins to choose to know themselves beyond the finite expression, the line of light in the Earth, in essence, pulses backward along the line of light to the Spirit. This begins a reciprocal movement: The Spirit and self brighten the line of light. And if that soul in the Earth is seeking to find their way out of a situation in which they feel bound, limited, or even dominated, they may call to their Spirit in such a way that the Spirit actually manifests at a point between the finite realm and the infinite realm. We have called this the Median Point. It is the furthest approach that the Spirit can move in proximity to the Earth without the self in the Earth actually willing to accept the Spirit fully.

“If the self in the Earth is willing to accept the Spirit fully, there is the movement to the center of the self in the Earth where the purity of the Spirit is complete. Then the line of light between the infinite Spirit and the Spirit in the finite expression become such that, for all practical purposes, there is no separateness. There is yet the experience in finiteness and the experience in the infinite, but these are in utter harmony. In this case, you would be awakening the Christ Spirit.

“If you wish to experience this, the obvious would be to begin the process, with complete dedication and relegation of that which limits, to know the center of the light of your Spirit within. To know the Median Point is to create a potential for empowering yourself while yet in the Earth. This is not done idly or casually; you can’t do this on a weekend meditation. You must do it from the sincerity of the center of your Be-ing, for there is no illusion involved here, only truth. And you must bear that truth in order to accomplish the awakening of self at the Median Point. See?

VICTOR: I’ve been with many of the brethren from the time of the Expectant Ones, the Essenes, and times before that of course. And I have been with those who were counsel to me, and those who later I was counsel to. In other words, teacher to student and then student became teacher, and so forth. Much as is the manner of such in the Earth in the present.

James here was invited to do much the same, but he chose, rather, to remain closer to the work with Jesus and our brother, the Channel, for these coming times. This is not to imply that I am not a part of these activities but, rather, that I am involved at this level of contribution to those activities.

Marcy was of great help to me in my transition, for I was in some ways a bit lost myself. Not lost in the sense of what I believed or what I held to be Truth (all of you who know me know that’s not the case), but lost in the sense of, What shall I do next? What would be the greatest contribution? And so on.

Marcy has a curious way here, it seems like much in the nature of Zachary. Many know her as many know our brother, Zachary. (Meant to both of you as a compliment, before I get any feedback on that. See?)

James states, “The time is very close where others of the group who were together when Jesus walked in the Earth as the man called Jesus … and that, as these gather in terms of expression in finite form (those who are still in the Earth) and others who are in spirit … the coming together of these souls is close at hand for the purpose of manifesting more clearly the choices that are before the Children of God who are seeking.”

James and Jesus have been in lengthy discussions. And when the Channel has crossed over in meditation, which we find he does much more frequently than in past, they are together, along with several of the other of you who are a part of that particular work once again. There will be a repetition of some of the activities as went before, but only to the extent to awaken those souls who can’t seem to remember or can’t seem to believe what they remember (rather humorous from here, you see).

I will be working much with entities who are of differing faiths in the Earth, differing religious beliefs and so forth, striving to point out that there is only one Truth, and that is that God Is. And in the realization that God Is, all religions, all belief structures, can be found within this. So, I’m not saying here that I won’t pop up here and there, as Zachary would point out, but I have many, many good colleagues that I will be sharing what I have experienced with them and in order that they can truly grasp the nature of the challenges, the obstacles, which are before them as relate to the interaction with entities from the Earth.

I still find it very interesting to move through the teachings that are a part of the group called the Lama Sing group, and the age-old truths that are carried forward again and again by these beautiful souls. Where you find some teachings that seem to be resonating with what the Lama has spoken, you can probably find that that soul or those souls who do resonate in their teachings with Lama were probably together in past times, teaching in a similar manner as to the present.

Now, this process may function better fairly soon with questions and answers, but we’re not wanting to put Susahn on the spot (so to say) here in the present.

We thank the Channel, our brother, for taking command of this work and not simply turning it over to God. After all, if God needed to do it, it’d be done already. You see? So, the point is, you are the Children of God and what you bring forward is a gift to yourself and to others and, as the Channel abruptly found this evening, this is a truth that could be considered sacred.

Now, we agree here that it’s important for all of you who are in some form of service – whether that is service in the sense of the traditional medical community, the metaphysical community, the philosophical, the psychological, and on, and on (lots of ‘als there), all of you brothers and sisters: don’t hang too much of who you are upon what you have gathered in your training. Rather, look to who you are in the total sense. See the uniqueness of your being as that which is at the forefront of what you have to offer.

It is good to manipulate the feet, Judith Ana, and to recognize that as you do this, you are stimulating Spirit.

It is good, Judith, to manipulate the spirit, and to realize as you do, from the beauty of the smile that comes forward as you do treatments for these peoples, that this is a work that stands shoulder-to-shoulder with the Christ.

Those of you who contribute by serving in the vastness of Consciousness … As an example here: our beloved, Carol, journeys through the nature forces, as do many others of you … yes, we see you, Rem, and you are touching the hem of God (so to say), for all of existence is based upon the nature of what you can discern that is about you.

Think about that for a moment. What you can discern … If you shift from attempting to discern something and simply open yourself to feel, and to know and be, you will very quickly shift the power of your knowing to a harmony with the field you are studying, the forces you are interacting with, and you will become one, very quickly, with the Spirit of God in the many expressions that are found in and about the Earth, to name just a few.

You can’t seat yourself, brother Karsten, on that bench in the Homeland and expect someone to bring to you that which you are seeking. Why in the world would that be? Look at all these beautiful souls gathered about here. They’d all like to be of some service. Why doesn’t one or two of them bring that which you are seeking to you? Why do you think that is? … Well, no one seems to be raising their hand, so let’s point out this: You already have what you are seeking. What you are looking for is someone to reflect it to you, someone to help you believe what you have. If you, like brother James here, would like to claim that you can’t quiet the mind, then we’ll shift over to he and his colleagues. They have a lot to offer here too. But I would only say in conclusion, through brother Zachary, that the truths of old are still true today.

We’ve served together, many of us, in times old. We’ve served with the Lama and our brother, the Channel, several times in past. So what is different about this particular time? What is different? That which is different is that the Christ wishes to embrace you as His own: that you and He might become one, and that where you are He is seen and that where He is seen, you are.

The structure of separateness was created as an adventure, to say the least, by those who chose to use the Earth as a realm of understanding. And so, here we are the point where that understanding can be accomplished.

How many sunsets will it take to make you complete? How many twilights will fulfill you? How many births of new souls entering the Earth do you wish to experience in order to feel complete? How many people need to tell you that they love you in order for you to believe that you are loved? And last, and most importantly perhaps, which way is the direction to Home?

AL MINER/CHANNEL: Well, I’ll communicate for our brother James for a time here. Do we have sufficient time? Is anyone bored?

SUSAN: Not on my end.

ZACHARY: Very good. That was said with the Channel’s tongue in his cheek.

We would like to review some of the experiences that James has had to the present point, and there are a great number. And yes, this is not to minimize the love and caring that he has for all of you who think you have been left behind. You haven’t been. After all, you’re just a step away.

But the point here is so important: That he can see the unique power of the mind. Not in the way that he used it for teaching, and research, and discovery, and creating new devices, and breaking down obstacles, limitations, and such; but the mind as an instrument of the eternal Self.

So many times, my brother [Al] would try to guide him and talk to him about letting go of thoughts, and that these are his to control, and … you know, that expression, yada, yada applies here and still now, it is very valid.

James states to all of you:

JAMES: Who is the master of your life? Who is in charge of what you are or who you are? You can think your way through a challenge, an obstacle. You can work out a solution to an algebraic equation. You can find a solution, chemically speaking, between elements. You can build a device that will provide a response to a desired outcome, and you can do all these things and greater.

And you do them, not because you have a toolbox with a big hammer in it that you use to do this and a wrench that you use to do that, and screwdrivers and all those sorts of implements that enable you to do these things. You have, rather, no toolbox. You have the beauty of your Spirit, expressing itself through the mind.

You are the mind of God.

And gosh, how can I say that here, now? Well, there’s no one here to argue with me, that’s number one. Thought that would be funny. And secondly, it’s true.

All of the things that you used to look at with question: How can we say that the mind is the creative instrument of Spirit when we can’t even prove that Spirit exists? Well, you have a lot of things there that you can’t prove exist, and yet you’re using them every day.

I grew up on a farm, as many of you know, and James^vi, my companion, is now aware. And there is a blessing to be had in tending the land, tending a farm, the creatures, the plantings, and the beautiful little ‘sisters’, the honeybees. It brings you close to the source of creation itself, doesn’t it? And the closer you can be to any source that is expressing creation, the moreso are you awakened to the creative potential within self.

Is there another way that I might have said that to you? Well, sure, probably dozens. But look at it this way … We used to travel all about^vii. We’d go and look at things that were really old, you know, just antiquity. And we’d look at the structures and amaze ourselves by the wonder of how they ever managed to construct something of such potential in a time when they had no real equipment, no machines, no motors, at least, unless you want to go back to the Atlantean times. And here we go…

We build ourselves a monument that defines description if you don’t have a tool with which to build it. Where are the cranes? Where are the forklifts? You know? Where are the stone saws that can polish a surface to such a brilliant hue? Well, somehow they did it, and they did it because they wanted to, and that sort of points to the fact that if you want to do something strong enough, you can probably do it. Well, if that’s true with a beautiful cathedral, a monument, a grand castle, a bridge, and on and on, what about self?

My sweet mate Lynne loves to capture flowering things. I say capture them, but she really means to tend them, care for them. (From here it looks like they’re captured, see, but don’t tell her I said that.) If you give a thing its freedom, what is the return to you? Hm? What do you get in return for setting something free? Anything? A little bird, a flower, a horse, anything? Well, the first thing you get is an empty space where that thing was. True? Like my passing left an empty place, but you are filling it with the realization that I am not gone, I am merely on a journey for a time, and that the space that’s there is still filled with my spirit, and any time you’d like to have a discussion about these things and greater – and I assure you, there are many that are greater – just seat yourself. Pause. Reach inside and turn the switches of mind off. They’re there. I know about them now, and maybe you can find them and show them to others who couldn’t find them while I was there. I’ve been doing a lot of work with those folks over here.

But again, the point is what happens when you set something free? You may recall that we talked about this in some of the study groups, but one or two of you were dozing at the time. (Given with loving humor. The equatorial time shift has a lot to do with making one sleepy, see? Whew! That ought to go over pretty good.)

I find myself in good cheer here because I am standing beside my beloved brother, and we just have a bond that goes back beyond the Essenes, to a time with Lama Sing, and before that. And so, it’s easy for I to come and make lighthearted chatter here, some of which will be at his expense (with some humor here).

But in truth now, when you set something free, what happens?

SUSAN: You always used to say that you get Freedom.

LAMA SING: And that is true: If you want to be Free, I always used to say, set everything you have Free. Right?

SUSAN: Yep.

LAMA SING: Make it personal. Take it very personally: What’s holding you back from being a beautiful Child of God that dazzles all who behold you?

You can ponder that.

Thank you. Zachary wants the microphone back again.

ZACHARY: Well, there was a bit of vociferous commentary here, and more to come, I fear. But we have other issues to discover here.

You have a number of individual souls in your group, in your Circle, and you are growing in your realization in the truth of who you are. As more and more of you cross over to this side, you will empower yourselves all the more by having known these truths before you do so. See?

I should like to thank particularly … A moment, please. …

Isn’t it interesting how, in the Earth realm, if you are about to compliment someone in a group, that there is a concern that the others who might not be spoken of may have hurt feelings? You are a group of beautiful souls, Children of God! You have chosen to come together as a group, to serve as a group. And the moreso you do this without jealousy, without wishing this or that, but being the best that you can that you are, that you know you are, is the very best that you can do.

So many of you have an outward fondness for the beauty of nature, and you find that, in nature, you are replenished. Nature has that capacity to replenish all of you if you allow it to do so. Nature is the Word of God giving life to all that is. No wonder you love it so much. See?

We are going to be concluding here fairly soon, but we do want to express that the nature of this meeting was decided by the Channel himself: And we encourage each of you to claim the Authority of your right as a Child of God to step forward and manifest, be, express, the Beauty of who and what you are. We anticipate this will continue and expand because it is that time for it to so do.

And our brother, the Channel, is being called back into service … not called back here, see, not to depart the Earth, but called back into service as he was many times in past. We are not intending to place him on a pedestal, but if we did, so what?

We could look at quite a few entities in the Earth who have acquired very impressive pedestals and not too much work to go with it, but the matter is not for we to decide. We are very proud of every accomplishment that each soul makes. The point is one of truth: Celebrate – celebrate – every accomplishment, whether it is something grand, worthy of being on a tall pedestal, or whether it’s having picked up a fallen child and brushing them off. Jesus would say, “My, that’s a worthwhile work.”

Well, I have had quite a time here this meeting. I am sure the Channel will squirm a bit upon hearing this, but we have enjoyed it very much, and hope that you do as well.

God has a message here for all of you:

I love you.

Lama Sing Readings

Lama Sing: Lama Sing is a name that represents a group from the infinite side or Universal Consciousness. Lama Sing is also the name of the individual who served as the channel and spokesperson for this group; Al Miner was the channel and spokesperson for the finite side. At the beginning of each session — called a reading — Al placed himself into the trance state. Lama Sing then borrowed Al’s voice for the reading. No fewer than twelve spokespersons contributed to each reading, and sometimes many more. Throughout the readings, the Lama Sing group deferred to each other, just as we do when in a conversation. The language often changed as different representatives came forward to speak on topics within their areas of expertise or from their eras of incarnation.

Language: Lama Sing’s use of words — such as ye, thee, whom — is often contrary to modern conventional usage, but the meaning will be clear. It has been decided to keep the text verbatim, including the use of word forms that may be considered ancient or antiquated. Note that this antiquated usage also includes masculine personal pronouns and phrases such as “mankind” to refer to both men and women.

Capitalizations: Throughout this work, we use capitalizations that may not conform to the norm. Our intent is to distinguish between the every-day use of words such as love, peace, and joy and those very same words when Lama Sing uses them to indicate something much greater. For example, Lama Sing has said there is a far greater Love, a much deeper Grace, a more powerful Will than we in finiteness have known or remembered in eons.

Channel: The title Channel is used by Lama Sing in place of Al, because to use the name Al could serve to call him from that Consciousness to which he was taken. By not calling his name, Lama Sing prevents Al’s personal involvement and influence in what is given in the reading.

Dis-ease: The word dis-ease is used by Lama Sing to mean not only illness but first and foremost, a lack of ease in spirit, mind, emotion and/or body.

Earth: When referring to life on Earth, Lama Sing uses the term in Earth. This is because Lama Sing is referring to being in Earth, much like we refer to being in Heaven versus being on Heaven.

Quotes: There are places where Lama Sing emphasizes a thought by speaking the words “quote/end- quote.” To let the reader know that those emphases are Lama Sing’s as opposed to the transcriber’s, the words quote/end quote have been left in the transcript along with the quotation marks themselves.

Pauses: Lama Sing often pauses while communicating through the Channel. During the pauses, a number of things may be occurring, such as: Lama Sing may be conferring with others who have gathered to provide special information and insight; or Lama Sing may be giving the Channel, Al Miner, time to complete his experience in Consciousness without interference. We denote such pauses with a single flower:
