Tier 5 – CONSCIOUSNESS READINGS
100 readings available with a Library Card.
The Consciousness readings are listed chronologically even though there are subtitles because there is interplay between the topics discussed.
A Note from Al Miner on Consciousness:
The Absolute Freedom found in Consciousness is immediately conditioned, limited, by rational thinking.
Some Notes from the Lama Sing Group on Exploring Consciousness:
Consciousness is not confined nor limited. You don’t find it by following a rote or dogma; you find it by freeing yourself from rote and dogma.
Consciousness is perceived as moving at a certain pace, yet it has expanded before it can be thought.
The simplicity of Consciousness is such that it cannot, in finiteness, be grasped without definition. Therefore, definition is given because it is known by those who are Free to be of value for those who are seeking Freedom.
Exploring the nature of Consciousness is best done through the experiencing of it. If it is sought after through the intellect, it may be of diminishing result because the nature of consciousness involved in the intellect requires definition.
A Message from Susan Miner about the Consciousness Readings:
Because digging into these readings the usual way things are studied could serve to pull one deeper into the thinking mind, which is on the finite side of Consciousness, one might find that immersing self with an open heart in an audio first, without the transcript, could be a transport beyond that which is defined/confined, logical/reasoned. This was how Al travelled ― he released himself from finiteness to Consciousness and, from within Consciousness, explored.
And on a more intimate note: This series of readings was very personal to Al (and myself to a somewhat lesser degree). We had no intention to share these beyond a small group who could ask questions along the way. So it took me awhile to decide to make them public ― Sort of like if you’d had a diary of some very intimate times be shared with the public, you might want the opportunity to explain some things. In this case, these “intimate times” are of a spiritual nature while exploring beyond all definition; one could say the greatest intimacy of all is that time spent in intentional spirituality. I am asking that when you come across something you might consider odd that is of a nature personal to Al or me that you remember Lama Sing is speaking to him/us from and in Consciousness; and that the customary application of finite understanding could not explain the message the group was giving to Al. To be fully grasped, you would need to meet Al There.
